Welcome to Shivora Crafts. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms mentioned in this policy. We strongly recommend customers to carefully read all product details, descriptions, dimensions, and other specifications before making a purchase.

No Return & No Refund Policy

Please note that all purchases made through our store are covered under a strict No Return and No Refund Policy. Once an order has been successfully placed, processed, dispatched, or delivered, it shall not be eligible for cancellation, return, or monetary refund under normal circumstances.

As our products are carefully packed, quality-checked, and shipped after proper inspection, we do not entertain return requests based on personal preferences, change of mind, dislike of product aesthetics, minor color variations caused by screen resolutions, or any subjective expectations after delivery.

Exchange Policy for Damaged / Incorrect Products

Although returns and refunds are not accepted, customers may request a replacement or exchange strictly in cases where:

• The product received is physically damaged during transit,
• The customer receives an incorrect item,
• Or the product received contains a significant manufacturing defect.

To initiate an exchange request, the customer must provide:

• A clear and uninterrupted 360° unboxing video recorded from the beginning of opening the package,
• Visible proof of the shipping label and packaging,
• Proper evidence clearly showing the issue or defect in the product.

Any complaint raised without a valid unboxing video may be considered invalid and can be rejected at the sole discretion of Shivora Crafts.

Exchange Time Limit

All exchange-related concerns must be reported within 72 hours (3 days) from the date and time of successful delivery as per the courier tracking status. Requests submitted after the allowed timeframe shall not be accepted under any circumstances.

Once the issue is verified and approved by our support team, the customer may become eligible for an exchange of the same product or an equivalent replacement, depending upon stock availability.

Additional Conditions

• Products must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, accessories, and packaging intact.
• Any intentional damage, mishandling, or modification done after delivery will automatically void the exchange eligibility.
• Shivora Crafts reserves the complete right to refuse any claim that appears suspicious, misleading, incomplete, or fraudulent in nature.
• Exchange processing timelines may vary depending upon product availability, logistics operations, and serviceability of the customer’s location.
